“Clean Out The Closet” Written By Yvonne Ephesians 6:12-14 For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood (contending only with physical opponents), but against the despotisms, against the powers, against (the master spirits who are the world rulers of this present darkness, in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. 13  Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist AND stand your ground on the evil day   (of danger), and having done all the crisis demands), to stand (firmly in your place). 14  Stand therefore (hold your ground), having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God.   Have you cleaned out your closet lately?  Are there things in your closet that have been bought and paid for and you have not even put on yet?  Do you have things in your closet that you have worn over and over, but you can’t seem to let go of it.  You know God has so much that he has given us that is bought and paid for and we do not put it on.   We walk around defenseless, with out the protection and covering to stand against the enemy.  We try to handle things in our own flesh and all the while we have our armor hanging in the closet.  But we continue to wear our “ways” over and over and we refuse to let go.  If you take a good look you’ll see that our “ways” aren’t getting us anywhere. God says to “Put On” the WHOLE armor, so that we are able to resist AND stand against the enemy.  Have you ever had a trial come up and you feel like at every turn something is hitting you?  I know I have.   Check out what’s in your closet.  Maybe it is time to get rid of the old garments and time to put on the garments Jesus already bought and paid, the belt of truth, the breastplate of right standing, your feet with stability, peace,  the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God.   Trials will come, but God has given you the tools to protect you and go through them.  When you have  done all you can, Stand Firm, hold your ground.  You are not defeated, don’t give up, armor yourself and guard your mind!   Remember no weapon formed against you will prosper!
